2BROTHERS POWERSPORTS RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on electrical items or items with a price of less than $10.00. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our office and a copy of the invoice. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods. Returned items must be received by us no later than 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resale. We charge a 20% restock fee on returns. If we are in error, full credit will be issued. We will not accept a return on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after invoice.
